Exchange and Return Policy

EXCHANGES

KANAWA allows the exchange of a product purchased by the user for another which is available on the website.

The exchange is only permitted to portuguese and spanish addresses. To exchange, send an email to: support@kanawaswim.com where you will receive the right instructions. If you are a foreign customer (not a portuguese or spanish address) and want to exchange an item you should send an email to: support@kanawaswim.com. You should be answered in 24-72hours.

This exchange has a maximum deadline of 15 days after the client receives the order. The product cannot have any signs of use, dirt, or simply be damaged, and the hygienic protection on the bottom must not be removed. In this case, we do not exchange.

You should check the product's stock before you send it back to us. After we receive the product back, we send another one you choose with the same price or even more expensive (in this case you have to pay the difference).

Exchange costs are shared between brand and customer (customers pay to return the items to us and we pay to send the new items to them).

We do not refund the shipping costs of any purchase.

If the product, in fact, has a manufacturing problem or simply does not fit, you should contact us by email: support@kanawaswim.com to have the instructions and be advised on choosing the most suitable size and modeling.

We only allow one exchange per order, that means after one exchange the client are not able to exchange again or return.

RETURNS

Returns are permitted in the same conditions as exchanges are.

After beeing contacted to support@kanawaswim.com and receive a return, a refund can take up to 15 working days to appear in the client's bank account.

 

Products with a price reduction are not exchanged or returned (this includes all discounts as sale items and also promotional codes).
