Exchanges & Returns

KANAWA does not permit exchanges. However, returns are accepted.

If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they should return the item and purchase a new one in the correct size or model.

Process

To initiate a return, send an email to: support@kanawaswim.com

The email will be answered in 24-72 working hours. If the product does not fit, contact us for advice on selecting the most suitable size.

Conditions

Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

Items must be returned in original condition (hygienic protection, packaging, accessories). If damaged, worn, or odoured, the return will be refused.

KANAWA is not responsible for improper use or incorrect washing. Follow the clothing label instructions.

Shipping & Refunds

Shipping costs and customs taxes are the customer's responsibility (except for defective items).

Original shipping costs are not refunded. Refund is processed within 15 working days after approval.
