KANAWA does not permit exchanges. However, returns are accepted.
If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they should return the item and purchase a new one in the correct size or model.
To initiate a return, the customer must send an email to: support@kanawaswim.com for instructions on how to proceed. The email will be answered in 24-72 hours.
Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order (this period starts from the moment the carrier delivers the parcel to the customer or to a third party, indicated by the customer).Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, with hygienic protection, packaging, and, where appropriate, original documents and accessories. If the product does not fulfill all these requirements or is damaged, dirty, washed, worn, odoured or otherwise damaged due to improper use, the return will be refused.
KANAWA is not responsible for the improper use of its items or for incorrect washing. We recommend that customers follow the washing instructions on the clothing label.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, except in exceptional cases (such as order errors or defective items).
We do not refund the shipping costs of any purchase. In the case of a return where the remaining amount after the refund falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
After contacting support@kanawaswim.com and receiving the return in the proper conditions, the customer will receive a voucher (valid for 1 year) via email for use in our online store or will be refunded within 15 working days. After this period, the refund may take up to 15 additional working days to appear in the customer’s bank account, depending on the payment method.
If the product does not fit, the client can always contact us by email at support@kanawaswim.com for instructions and advice on selecting the most suitable size and model.
