KANAWA does not permit exchanges. However, returns are accepted.

If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they should return the item and purchase a new one in the correct size or model.

The email will be answered within 24–72 working hours. If the product does not fit, contact us for advice on selecting the most suitable size.

Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including hygienic protection, packaging, and accessories. If an item is damaged, worn, washed, stained, or has any odour, the return will be refused.

KANAWA is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or incorrect washing. Always follow the instructions on the clothing label.

Return shipping costs and customs duties are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days.
