Shipping, IP & Shopify

Shipping: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Once transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks and images are owned by Kanawa. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Shopify: Kanawa is powered by Shopify. Sales are made directly with Kanawa, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transaction.

Except as expressly stated, the Services and products are provided "as is". However, for consumers within the European Union, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights regarding the 3-year legal warranty for lack of conformity in accordance with EU and Portuguese law.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. We recommend the CNIACC (Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo) or the respective regional center in Braga.
