Processing & Tracking

• Orders: Shipped on the same day or the next working day. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number to follow your delivery to the chosen address.

• Due to high demand, processing may occasionally take longer than usual. We are making every effort to arrive as soon as possible.

Taxes & Duties

• EU orders: Taxes included
• Non-EU orders: Local customs duties may apply. 

Delivery Support

• Portugal & Spain: The courier will contact you to schedule the delivery.

• Islands (PT/ES): A notification letter is left for pick-up at the nearest post office.

• International: DHL Express will contact you prior to delivery.
