Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped at the same day or on the next working day. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number for you to follow. Orders will be delivered to the chosen address.

In case of absence:

In Portugal or Spain, the courier will contact you to schedule the delivery.
In Portuguese and Spanish islands a notification letter is left so you can then pick up the order at the nearest post office.
To foreign countries DHL Express contact you before the delivery.

We do not accept order cancellations due to the delivery time. In urgent cases, you can contact us before you order and we will make the most for you to receive it before the usual schedule.

We are not responsible for any shipping losses.
